Lauren & Loulou,
Hello, Salut! I stumbled upon your website this morning, and wanted to let you know I thoroughly enjoyed all of it. I love the story of your Flaugher friends- the foods we grow, the foods that support community, the sacred foods that nourish us. The lemon water bit had me smirking in a sense, as I am in the middle of Symp 2! We may have said a, “hello” in passing at school with no conversation to follow, but I am thankful for these posts you write so cleverly. I look forward to checking in again!

Salut Brittany! Over-the-moon to hear you’ve been enjoying our posts, merci ma cheri. Happy to connect with you even after hallway-times, though a bit disappointed I can’t oogle your groovy fashions from internet-afar. Keep in touch & love back at ‘cha.

Merci Tanya – your sweet words mean so much to me.
I can’t think of a better balm for Van winter than a big pot of bone broth. Please, keep me posted on the results!
Sending sunny vibes your way.
